2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) to drive sales of Samsung devices in a BestBuy store in Ocala, FL. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Samsung products while representing the brand with professionalism.

This role emphasizes customer-focused selling, collaboration with BestBuy staff, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent service and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs, recommending fitting Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for both customers and BestBuy employees.
• Serve as a brand evangelist and establish strong partnerships with BestBuy staff.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals each month.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and BestBuy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Reset displays upon request and during new product launches.
• Report sales performance and retail insights daily.
