Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a BEOL TQR Staff Engineer to lead reliability activities for advanced CMOS technology nodes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute reliability evaluations, design experiments, and analyze data to improve fabrication processes.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS/PhD in Material, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms and wafer fabrication.

• In-depth knowledge of wafer-fabrication process.
