Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Photo Spinner Engineering Technician to join a fast-paced, details-driven team responsible for maintaining and improving highly complex photolithography equipment. The role requires problem-solving, effective communication, and strong teamwork to resolve unscheduled events and meet timelines.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, 5S practices, regular PMs on spinner systems, data analysis for tool performance, and strict SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or 2+ years photolithography experience in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Familiar with Clean Room Environment.
• Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications.

Position Summary

The Photo Spinner Engineering Technician is a member of a team that maintains and improves highly complicated photolithography equipment in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be able to problem solve and understand details of the photolithography system to be able to resolve unscheduled events. Effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork are key attributes an individual must possess.

Skills and Qualifications

• Two year technical degree, equivalent military experience, and/or 2+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Clean Room Environment.
• Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications.

The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50 - $46.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
