Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to maintain and develop critical ALD process parameters, identify complex problems, and drive improvements. You will own challenging issues, analyze data, and implement robust solutions on the ASM EMERALD ALD platform.

You will join the Metals team to reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize fab-wide KPIs, while updating SOPs and supporting cost-reduction activities. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of related experience in Semiconductor Process Flows.
• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge and prior experience with ASM EMERALD ALD platform.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Previous experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment desired. Applicable manufacturing experience in other industries can be considered.

In-depth knowledge and prior experience with ASM EMERALD ALD platform highly desired.

Thorough understanding of critical process parameters, monitoring strategies and equipment signals

Highly effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
