Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a dynamic Field Safety Technician to identify and mitigate risks and develop safety controls at one of the nation’s most advanced semiconductor facilities. You will work within a diverse safety team to strengthen safety culture and hazard awareness across the plant.

Your role includes delivering clear safety communications, supporting EHS&S in scaling safety programs, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while overseeing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Health & Safety experience in workplace safety, compliance and incident management.
• Bachelor's or Associate of Science degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Professional safety designation (ASP, GSP, CSP, etc.) actively pursuing or held is a strong asset.

Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.  Employment may be contingent on either the applicant verifying that the applicant falls under the “U.S. Person” definition (including U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or the employer timely obtaining any necessary export license under federal law.
