Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sampling Technician in Valencia, CA to join our client’s manufacturing QA team. You will prep, collect, inspect, label, and document samples from raw materials to finished products, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality before production use.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in GMP manufacturing, with strong documentation skills and safety awareness. 1st shift, with benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.
• Comfortable in warehouse, manufacturing, or cleanroom settings.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE as required.

As a Sampling Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Prepping, collecting, inspecting, labeling, and documenting raw material, bulk, and finished product samples.

• Ensuring materials meet quality and regulatory standards prior to production use and release.

• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, safety, and quality guidelines diligently.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the integrity of samples throughout the process.

• Supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments with a focus on safety and compliance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.

• Experience in Quality assurance is preferred.

• Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, or cleanroom settings.

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs., and wear PPE as required.
