Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC seeks a Sampling & Fulfillment Supervisor in Dallas to lead a team responsible for on-time project completion, fulfillment accuracy, and safety compliance. You will manage inventory, coordinate with the Sampling Production Department in Mexico, and drive efficiency across Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales and Shipping.

The role requires a BA/BS and 3–5 years of leadership in a Pick Pack environment, with strong interpersonal and MS Office

Qualifications

• College Degree (BA/BS) required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferably in Pick Pack operations).
• Experience identifying, developing, and managing talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Solid computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time completion of projects and fulfillment KPI targets.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety policies.
• Manage replenishment of all fulfillment supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with sampling production, Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Shipping.
• Leverage Navision ERP to support departmental goals and cost containment.
• Develop and report departmental metrics focused on continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Sampling & Fulfillment Supervisor at our Dallas location.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Time Project Completion.
• Meeting fulfillment cycle time KPIs.
• Quality Assurance.
• Worker Safety and Adherence to Company Policies.
• Replenishment of all supplies needed to maintain Fulfillment stock.
• Receiving and Storing of all Sample Products from our Mexico facility.
• Seasonal Distribution to all Showrooms and Sales Representatives for new product lines.
• Bi-Weekly Analysis of all trim products, place PO’s for reorders.
• Develop efficient and timely communication with the Sampling Production Department located within our fabric Mill in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and with other internal departments such as Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales Force and Shipping.
• Determine the most effective use of the existing ERP (Navision) in order to complete departmental goals and contain costs. Oversee daily adjustment to Sampling inventory.
• Develop, track and report on Departmental Metrics which demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications

:

• College Degree (BA/BS)
• 3-5 years in a position of departmental leadership (ideally in a Pick Pack operation)
• Experience in identifying, developing, and managing Talent
• Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
• Solid Computer Skills including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
