Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma preferred.
• Current driver's license with clean driving history required.
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift required.
• Minimum two years previous warehouse and shipping & receiving experience required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging for outgoing shipments of pulp samples and rejects while ensuring proper protection of same.
• Sorting, locating and retrieving sample pulp and rejects from the warehouse facility using forklift.
• Accurate data entry and inventory control of sample rejects, pulps, scan pallets and bins.
• Coordinate the pulp and reject storage, disposal and return to clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure sample records and supplies are complete and accurate.
• Conduct local deliveries and pick-ups as needed.
• Oversees maintenance of vehicle inspection logs.
• Conduct inventory counts as requested.
• Oversees the storage of supplies in the warehouse area.
• Provide inventory count to invoice clients for their pulp and reject storage.
• Provide daily productivity information as requested by manager.
• Creates written reports.
• Safety and housekeeping responsibilities including keeping aisles clear.
