Job summary

Alphia is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support packaging and distribution operations. The role involves operating a forklift, ticketing finished goods, and moving materials between production lines and the warehouse.

You will use the inventory system to record receipts, track lots, and assist in loading trucks, while following GMPs and Alphia's safety standards. A high school diploma and ability to obtain forklift certification are preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain Alphia certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety SOPs.
• Good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and obtain Alphia certification.
• Ticket finished goods and enter into inventory system.
• Receive finished product and transport to stretch wrapper area.
• Receive and weigh WIP from manufacturing.
• Inspect finished product quality and lot codes.
• Assist in loading trucks and participate in cleaning.
• Follow Alphia Values and SOPs, maintain equipment.
• Communicate with packaging operators on pallet counts to ensure orders are filled correctly.
