Job summary

Certified Group is seeking personnel for sample processing and data entry in a regulated food testing environment. You will handle receipt and preparation of samples, log data in a LIMS, and ensure proper temperatures and documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience in food-testing labs. Training and safety are emphasized, with standard Monday–Friday hours and opportunities to contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of concepts and practices of a testing laboratory.
• One or more years of experience in a commercial food-testing laboratory preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and set-up samples for analysis.
• Enter data and log samples using a LIMS on a Windows workstation.
• Process and maintain client samples at proper temperatures.
• Segregate samples according to procedures and policies.
• Assist with shipping of customer supplies and return of coolers.
• Communicate with clients for order clarifications as needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and accurate records.
