Geocomp's GeoTesting Express (GTX) is seeking a Sample Receiving Laboratory Assistant to join our Soil and Rock Testing Laboratory in Elmsford, NY. In this role, you will support the receipt, documentation, organization, and coordination of laboratory samples and testing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to launch their career in geotechnical testing. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art automated testing equipment, advanced processes, and real-world projects that support site characterization, geotechnical design, quality control, and performance assessment. You will join a collaborative and safety-focused team of laboratory professionals dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position is based in a laboratory environment and requires the ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand and/or sit for extended periods at a lab bench or desk.
