Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Barberton, OH is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Technician for the 3rd shift (Tue-Fri, 10 PM–8:00 AM). You will prepare outgoing shipments, manage bottle orders in the TALs system, and ensure Chain of Custody integrity throughout sample handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Ability to read maps and follow directions, with good navigation skills.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares outgoing shipments of bottle kits and coolers for delivery to laboratory.
• Uses LIMS system (TALs) to receive bottle orders and assemble kits as directed.
• Interacts with Project Managers and clients professionally.
• Communicates order status with coworkers.
• Restocks supplies as they are received to ensure availability.
• Verifies order validity and completeness before leaving for delivery.
• Keeps shipping/receiving area safe and orderly.
• Performs duties per SOP for Couriers.
• Picks up and delivers samples and bottle orders as needed.
• Counts samples on receipt to ensure Chain of Custody integrity.
