QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Sample Coordination (Sample Receipt) Specialist to receive, track, store and return client samples and other controlled materials with precision and compliance.
You will work with FDA-regulated documentation, utilize Excel and a LIMS database, and maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple priorities in a busy biopharma environment. The role requires independent work and effective communication with the PI and clients.

The Sample Coordination (Sample Receipt) Specialist is a key member of QPS’ Bioanalytical Support team, responsible for ensuring that samples and other controlled materials are received, tracked, stored, and returned safely without loss or damage. This role requires comfort with computer systems and databases, as well as the ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Our team is comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds, including customer service, retail and restaurant operations, programming, data analysis, and the physical sciences. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative team environment while also being able to focus independently on detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
