Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to oversee the movement, storage, and logging of lab samples. You will prepare samples for processing, verify deliveries, and coordinate with multiple departments while maintaining strict safety and quality procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and fluency in English. You will climb, lift heavy boxes, and operate forklifts, with a Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm schedule and potential overtime.

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples from processing
• Accepts and signs for deliveries.
• Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck.
• Opens coolers and inspects contents of shipments. Checks documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for.
• Distributes samples in different departments as appropriate.
• Follows strict safety and quality control procedures.
• Stores, restocks, and shelves samples as necessary.
• Ensures that work area is clean and organized.
• Enters records in LIMS system

Job Description

This position is expected to assist and oversee all the different aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and logging samples.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare samples from processing
• Accepts and signs for deliveries.
• Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck.
• Opens coolers and inspects contents of shipments. Checks documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with possibility of overtime.

The salary for this position is $18 / hour
