Job summary

American Furniture Warehouse in Conroe, TX seeks an Order Puller Associate to stock incoming merchandise and fill customer orders, enabling same-day pickup. You will operate stock picker, reach truck, sit-down forklift, and receive full training for equipment.

The role requires safety commitment, ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights, plus flexibility to cover all shifts, including weekends. AFW offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent combination accepted.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, holidays and weekends; safety-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Use RF scanner to locate and pull items for orders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safety policies.
• Learn and operate hand truck; participate in additional duties as assigned.
• All training and certifications for equipment are provided by AFW.
