Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through in-home ABA services across Nebraska. You will implement individualized skill-building plans, collaborate with clinicians, and collect accurate session data while fostering a positive, family-centered learning environment.

Positions start part-time with opportunities for professional advancement in the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion necessary for challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
