Job summary

Heartland ABA in Oskaloosa, IA is seeking part-time Early Intervention Play Therapist & RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based strategies to support independence and positive behavior while collaborating with our clinical team.

No prior experience is required — paid training is provided. A 40-hour RBT course is required, and candidates should be willing to commit to 6 months. Same Day Pay is available to you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Ability to be patient, compassionate, and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.
