Job summary

AIT Worldwide Home Delivery is seeking Delivery Contractors for same-day home deliveries. You will pick up orders at local retailers and deliver to job sites or customer homes, ensuring accurate handoffs and on-time service.

Contractors must provide a 26' box truck with lift gate, have a reliable helper, and meet insurance and DOT/MC requirements. Excellent customer service, strong communication, and tech-savvy use of a mobile device are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a 26' box truck with lift gate
• Must have a reliable helper; two-man teams required
• Contractors must have an adequately insured vehicle capable of transporting large items
• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
• Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations, and AIT DOT/MC requirements
• Background and drug screens are performed on all contractors including helpers
• MVR screens are performed for all driving contractors
• Commitment to exceptional customer service, tech-savvy with a mobile phone, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Delivery Contractor- Involves picking up orders at local home improvement or home goods retail locations and delivering to job sites or customer homes
