Job summary

Riverwood Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Same Day Clinic to provide direct patient care and clinical support. You will assess health concerns, determine urgency, and guide patients to the appropriate level of care, collaborating with providers to deliver comprehensive nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license issued by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• RN triage experience strongly preferred.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Assess patients' health concerns through in-person, phone, or electronic communication.
• Coordinate care and work with providers and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and promote appropriate use of healthcare resources.
