Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care Clinic team. The RN will provide effective, quality nursing care and act as a resource for staff, with autonomous clinical decision-making and care planning.

You will perform patient triage by telephone and in clinic, develop and implement teaching plans, and support our mission, values, and goals. This is a 4-day schedule with varying shifts, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current BLS certification (if not current, must be within 3 months of hire).
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota Nursing Licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, quality nursing care/services in the Primary Care Clinic.
• Perform independent nursing diagnoses, develop plans of care, and teach patients.
• Provide patient triage via telephone and in-clinic; support clinic policies and procedures.
