Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member to manage damaged and returned products, repackaging salvageable items for return to the warehouse. You will also stack unsellable products on pallets, shrink-wrap, and ship them to other facilities.

This second-shift role requires lifting 30-70 lbs, endurance to stand/walk up to 12 hours, and work in refrigerated/dry areas. Pay is $22 per hour with emphasis on safety and accuracy in processing returns.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 30-70 lbs and stand/walk for long periods in varying temperatures.
• Must operate necessary warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, inspect, and repackage salvageable products from damaged shipments.
• Stack unsellable items on pallets, shrink-wrap, and prepare for shipping.
• Document receipt of returned products correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
