Salty Snack Machine Operator
Beginning of Week Days - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $1 shift differential)
Beginning of Week Nights - 7:00PM - 7:00AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $2.50 shift differential)
End of Week Days - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Wednesday/Thursday/Friday + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $1 shift differential)
End of Week Nights - 7:00PM - 7:00AM Wednesday/Thursday/Friday + every other Saturday ($20.10/hr + $2.50 shift differential)
Potential to earn up to an additional $5/hour once fully trained!!

Your Role:

  • Master of Machines: Set up, start up, and handle machine change-overs like a pro.
  • Clean-Up Champion: Perform shut down and clean up procedures with precision.
  • Maintenance Maven: Perform or assist with light preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Safety Sentinel: Understand and strictly observe safety rules to keep everyone safe.
  • Quality Guardian: Follow GMPs and assist in achieving our SQF Certification annually, ensuring we're always SQF ready.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: Prior food processing/operator experience is a plus.
  • Troubleshooting Talent: Ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issues effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required to run production smoothly.
