The Bartender role at Golden Nugget Las Vegas is focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences with enthusiastic, courteous service. You will anticipate guest needs, craft beverages to spec, and contribute to a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, promoting sales through beverage recommendations, and ensuring cash handling accuracy while working various shifts. 21+ and professional demeanor required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Bartending experience.
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Team player with a guest-first attitude.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to meet sales goals.
• Be the master of the bar, ensuring a well-run shift through proper preparation.
• Maintain par levels of stock, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.

The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
