Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional, courteous service and craft beverages to guests. You will anticipate guest needs, prepare drinks to spec, and help run a smooth shift with accurate cash handling and stock control.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months bartending experience, strong communication, a professional appearance, and the flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age 21.

• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team-oriented with a guest-first attitude.

• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies

Overview

Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities
