Position: Chef (One Month)

Join us for a one-month culinary role at a small, remote fishing lodge on Kodiak Island, Alaska!

Responsibilities:

1. Cook for the crew for two weeks (5 to 7 people).
2. Cook for guests for two weeks (8 guests plus 4 crew).
3. Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
4. During the first two weeks, focus on general, hearty meals for a hardworking crew.
5. In the second two weeks, provide elevated, high-end cuisine using the best available ingredients.
6. Coordinate grocery shopping in town based on a list you provide a few days in advance.
