Job summary

Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager in Little Falls, Minnesota. You’ll lead a small team of stylists, support daily salon operations, and help the team deliver great haircuts with exceptional service.

This role blends hands-on cutting with leadership responsibilities. You’ll mentor colleagues, coordinate scheduling, and participate in ongoing training through Great Clips University to grow into management.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state dependent).
• Strong haircutting skills and customer service.
• Team‑first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others.
• Clear communication and a positive, motivating attitude.
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to keep the salon running smoothly.
• Interest in growing leadership responsibilities.
