Great Clips salon in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned team, coach stylists, and keep the salon running at its best.

A valid cosmetology or barber license, strong haircutting skills, proven leadership, and excellent communication are required. You’ll balance management duties with hands-on service, mentor your team, and use scheduling tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License required (state-specific).
