Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
