• Hire and train Salon Consultants.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment.
• Consult with customers in an upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle opening and closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Assist customers with tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
