Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist in Los Angeles to consult with guests on hair care needs and deliver high-quality services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and makeup where applicable. The role supports managers and focuses on service sales, guest service, and compliance.

You will build client relationships, perform demonstrations to drive product sales, participate in in-store promotions, and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including haircutting, coloring, styling, extensions, and makeup as applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and contribute to store growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and educate guests.
