Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required to perform services.
• Previous salon experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques in haircutting, color, styling and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, extensions and related treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support events, promotions and initiatives delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and store standards during all operations.
