Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license required.
• Salon or barbershop leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to drive performance and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own the store results: client count, wait times, retail, and client satisfaction.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of stylists and assistants.
• Run daily rhythm: opens, closes, huddles, inventory, and payroll accuracy.
• Set MVP experience standards behind the chair and on the floor.
• Read numbers weekly and act on them with supporting data.
