Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Services Manager (ASM) to lead a team of stylists and estheticians, drive service sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our salon.

This role combines chair-side service with people leadership, focusing on performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ASM will support the Experience Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, while ensuring adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology school graduate or equivalent, with licensure as required by state law.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of salon management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of hair and skincare professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive service and product sales while managing payroll and inventory within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and safety standards.
