Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists and estheticians to achieve sales and guest satisfaction.
• Provide services behind the chair during guest visits.
• Drive service and merchandise sales, guest loyalty, and payroll efficiency.
• Maintain attendance and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Coordinate services events and brand partner collaboration.
• Ensure operational excellence across store processes and inventory.
