Salon Sales Associate Position at Zoom Tan

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' skin types to recommend appropriate tanning equipment and lotions; explain the tanning process and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning area, ensuring equipment functions properly and supplies are stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on client needs and preferences.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Keep accurate records of client information and preferences.
• Open and close the salon on time.

Pay: $15.70 + uncapped commission and bonuses

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and work long hours

Experience
