Job summary

Sugared & Bronzed in Hoboken is hiring Salon Receptionists to deliver a warm, seamless client experience. You will greet clients, check in/out, book appointments, and keep the front of house clean and organized to support a tight knit team.

This role offers consistent 7-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay, growth paths to an Airbrush Technician with extra earning potential from gratuity and product sales, plus employee discounts and the option of healthcare for eligible full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.

The pay range for this role is:
