Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to greet clients, check in/out, schedule appointments, and maintain a welcoming front of house. You will learn services and memberships, respond to calls and texts, support store operations, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Part-time or full-time roles with consistent schedules and growth opportunities are available.

• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.

RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES
