We are looking for a front desk attendant to join our expanding team at Upper East Side Tan! As the first person that our members see when they enter the salon and the last person they see before they leave, you will become a face of our Upper East Side Tan brand. You will provide a memorable and personalized experience– grounded in top-notch customer service– to each of our members. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about beauty and is excited to share our latest services and products with our members and potential new customers. Please send resume for consideration.

Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Strong speaking ability
• Love for tanning and beauty

Bonus Points if You Have the Following

• Experience with Boulevard software
• Previous salon/gym front desk experience

Responsibilities

• Booking appointments via phone and booking software
• Fostering relationships with members
• Handling all appointment check-ins
• Selling products and add-on services
• Cleaning and salon organization
