Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a friendly receptionist to elevate guest experiences and support daily salon operations in Center Square, PA. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and assist with scheduling and basic marketing efforts to grow the business.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking ability, and comfort with POS systems. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is preferred to fit salon hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Computer knowledge including but not limited to point-of-sale systems and data entry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• BeautySalon Experience Preferred

• Help market and grow the salon business while delivering excellent guest service.
• Control expenses and complete tasks required in the receptionist role.
• Assist guests with check-in/out, scheduling, and handling daily front-desk operations.
