Qualifications

• 7+ years of hair category experience in salon environments or professional haircare.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of salon testing programs with timely submissions.
• Collaborate with chemists to define testing needs and methods.
• Coordinate with CTI Excellences on projects, timings and approaches.
• Maintain and improve systems for test tracking and data collection.
• Build and expand a national network of salons, academies and stylist partners.
• Oversee contractors and consultants, including scheduling and payments.
• Develop scalable processes for sample distribution and testing logistics.
• Onboard new partners to strengthen testing capabilities.
• Design and maintain salon training programs for internal and external teams.
• Translate testing findings into actionable cross-functional insights.
