Job summary

SmartStyle Salon in Ponca City, Oklahoma is seeking a Salon Manager to lead all salon operations and provide guidance to stylists. You’ll coach and mentor the team, drive guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and ensure top quality hair care services are delivered.

You’ll hire, train, and resolve conflicts, maintain profitability, and use salon software to close out daily tasks. A cosmetology or barber license is required, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.
