Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Manager to lead salon operations and drive success with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. You will coach and mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent hair services across the team to deliver top-quality experiences.

You will hire, train, and support staff, handle conflicts professionally, and maintain a positive work environment while meeting the franchisee’s standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
• Must be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.

You’ll be standing, lifting, and reaching for the stars. You need to be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.We use chemicals and fragrances in our treatments which you will smell.
