Job summary

SmartStyle Salon is seeking a Hair Stylist/Designer Manager to lead a busy salon inside Walmart. You will provide exceptional guest service, consult with clients, and perform services with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements include a current cosmetology or barber license, a desire to lead a team, tech-savvy with administrative tasks, and basic math literacy. Compensation includes 50% in-service commissions from Day 1, up to $40/hour plus tips, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license required by state regulations.
• Desire to lead a salon and manage staff.
• Tech savvy with ability to perform administrative tasks (closing out daily systems).
• Basic reading/writing and math skills.
