SmartStyle Salon is seeking a Hair Stylist Manager to lead a high-energy team inside Walmart. You will deliver guest consultations, perform services, and ensure outstanding service while managing daily operations.

This full-time role offers a base plus 50% in-service commissions from Day 1, plus bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within the Regis franchise network. You must hold a current cosmetology or barber license and be ready to train others.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license required by state regulations.
• You want to lead a salon.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks including closing out the system at the end of the day.
• You need to read, write, and do basic math.
