Position: District Leader

We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee our multi-unit salons within senior living communities.

Job Type:

Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 8 hours/week). Paid hourly for non-behind-the-chair duties.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days/week at 52% commission, with potential increases annually.
• Additional commissions on retail sales (15%) and other benefits such as paid biweekly, quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, PTO, and potential annual earnings of $42K-$55K.
• Access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday via PayActiv.
• W-2 employment, unemployment insurance, and advancement opportunities.

Position Requirements:

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 4 days/week doing cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience and basic manicure/pedicure skills.
• Basic email and computer skills.
• Experience in caregiving preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move up to 50 lbs, and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly.
