We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position Details

• Position: District Leader
• Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $23-$24/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 8 hours/week). Paid hourly when not providing services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days/week at 52% commission. Must do manicures and pedicures.
• Commission rate for services: 52% initially, increasing annually.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 4 days/week doing Cosmetology Services behind the chair
• Retail sales experience
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills
• Basic computer and email skills
• Experience in caregiving (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch regularly
