Job summary

Boardroom Salon in Dallas, TX is seeking a Salon Manager for an on-site, hourly role offering $20-$22 per hour with bonus opportunities. You will join a team that values client experience and staff development.

As Salon Manager, you will train and mentor staff, recruit new team members, and drive performance by promoting products, memberships, and services. Management experience is required; a cosmetologist/barber license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Management experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.
• Being a licensed cosmetologist or barber is a plus, but is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure every staff member has a passion for service and that they provide an exceptional client experience consistently
• Manage the addition of new team members and the process in which that takes, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Drive salon performance by educating staff on how to promote our products, memberships, and services
• Develop and implement team incentives and initiatives in membership and product sales
