The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have at least one year of supervisory experience. Qualifications

• Must have 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals through training and motivating sales staff.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
