Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license is required.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.

• Collaborate with ownership on goals and daily operations to grow the salon's local reputation.
• Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
• Train, educate, and mentor stylists to raise service standards.
• Ensure salon compliance with company policies and local/state regulations.
