Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state-dependent)
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to lead a salon team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and daily salon operations management
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics)
• Desire to coach, develop, and support a team
• Ability to deliver great guest experiences with minimal supervision
